I came in and selected the spa pedicure which was supposed to include a 5 minute massage, the only difference from the basic pedicure. I came with another person both getting the same pedicure, their massage started earlier than mine as they use an alarm to set 5 minutes. About a minute into my massage the other persons 5 minute timer went off and they ended my service without giving the whole 5 minute massage per person. I brought this to their attention and they did not offer to complete the massage. They argued saying they did give the massage but they "use different techniques" and ended up charging the full price. Terrible customer service and we will not be back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Bon does an amazing job. Excellent service. Re-opened under new owners earlier this year. This is my 4th manicure/fill. They last at least 3 weeks. Free beverage during service soda/water/wine/beer. My new place.
Great gel mani/pedi. They were very friendly and the place is so big. We had a reservation for 3 mani/pedis and there was no wait. It also felt super clean.
155 dollars. I paid 155 dollars total just for my nails to break only 4 hours after having them put on. I took my mom here for a late Mother's Day treat for a pedicure I paid extra for her to have all these good things, but the biggest one was picking her scent for the water, she didn't get to do that but the lady who paid less for her pedicure got to pick her own. I wish I could say this place was good but in reality I wouldn't recommend it. It makes me so upset I paid a great amount of money only to not get anything back and be charged 10 dollars in the end to have the nails that they put on taken off. My grandmother had her nails done her she loved them but for me to say, it was the worst experience I had. If I could I would take this into a negative star review
The worst experience I've ever had. I've been getting my nails done for 22 years. I have never meet such rude staff. I book a bridal appointment a month in advance and we went walked in the were so unwelcoming not to mention they told the bride they could not do her nails because they would have to take off a full set to add a new one then just walks away. just all around awful experience on top of high prices. never again !!! don't do it go anywhere else save your peace
