Nails by Flower in Depew, NY

My family and I just moved into this area and Nails by Flower was super close so I decided to give them a call. They were able to get me in right away. To note, they are by appointment only. I had Sarah for my pedicure and she was AMAZING! My pedicure was relaxing and my toes look great! I told her I was going on vacation so she picked out a fun, hot pink just like I asked. The rest of the staff were friendly as well. They also played really good throwback 90's hip-hop music, just what I like! I highly recommend Nails by Flower! Thanks for the great pedicure!

First time visiting here. It was clean and the technician did a great job. I would definitely go back.

I NEVER leave bad reviews. That's how bad my experience today was. I got my nails done by Bob. I recently moved back to the area and am in need of a new nail tech so I figured I'd try these people. Don't go here if you want anything except a solid color. Awful attitude from him the second I asked for a design. During the design he did it so sloppy and didn't even seem like he was trying. The WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL part was when the other nail tech came up next to him and made a joke she wanted to get her nails done. Bob goes "you're not getting a design" then the girl goes "I know better than to ask for a design.". Bob then starts going "I'm all designed out. No more designs." Extremely rude. The design wasn't even complicated nor was it well done. The heart on my middle finger looks like he didn't even try. Paying $60 for this (it was a FILL by the way) is ridiculous and I would not recommend this place to anyone!! I've never felt so insulted getting my nails done. If you can't do something, just say that instead of half assing it. A waste of my time and money.

Flower and her team are very friendly and professional. You talk with them the entire time like you are just chatting with a friend. They really care about what you want. Most places I've been make fun of how I want shorter nails and the first time I met flower I told her that and she said "what the client wants is what I give them and there are many girls who don't want longer nails." This is the reason i came back to her over and over. They know most of their repeat clients by name when they walk through the door. My nails I usually get done are with the dip powder because my nails are weak and the chip and the powder is strong and prevents my nails from chipping. Pedicures are the best I've ever had from the massages to the lotions and the quality of it. The green tea pedicure is my favorite. I even accidentally cut my finger when I was cutting up vegetables the night before and they were so gentle and careful to make sure they didn't hurt my finger through my bandaid. I added one picture with a tip added and 2 with a regular dip powder manicure for reference. No matter what I get it is always beautiful. This place is a gem hiding in a little plaza in Depew that is worth every penny.
