This is the best place to go for your nails in KC. They take their time and make sure you don't leave the building without your nails looking perfect. The ladies here are so friendly and the prices are reasonable. Some nail salons try to rush you out if they get busy, not here. You can tell they really care about each client.
This place.is great...Diane the owner makes it a fun and comfortable experience. Most of the nail salons that I have gone to before- the employees were not very friendly and always talked in their foreign language...which always made.me feel like they were talking about me..LOL. I had gone to Z nails a few times and they were very unfriendly. My last straw was when I was charged 5.oo more for the same service as I always got. When I asked why...I was told because the cost of the gel had gone up....I didn't have gels done. I tried to get an explanation but could not understand the man. So I paid... without a tip and PRAISE GOD, I found Diane @ Q Nails!
At Q Nails, Diane is so friendly and she always has a smile and a funny story to tell. Especially about her youngest son. Her prices are reasonable and I can always get in to see her quickly. I can now say, I actually look forward to getting my nails done....even if they don't need to be done- just to see Diane :))
