What a wonderful retreat for a girls day! As other yelpers said before, it was a great atmosphere, which was always clean and all the staff were nice and really wanted the best for their customers!
I went for a manicure and pedicure from Becky too and she did a great job! I got so many compliments from my friends! I can't wait to go back and get shellac! She made it painless, but was sure to get everything that was needed! I have also gotten some of my salon products there and they have a large selection!
Symmetry Salon is a hidden gem! It's a beautiful space and all of the staff are so friendly and attentive to your needs.
I saw Becky last weekend for a manicure and pedicure with a friend. She was very thorough and she had an eye for detail. She made sure my nails looked great and that I was happy with them and I was! Ive been to plenty of nail technicians that do unprofessional work (sloppy paint jobs, incomplete cuticle trimming, etc.) but not Becky! She's wonderful! I highly recommend her! She's also so fun to chat with which is an added bonus!
Too much money and I should have taken care in choosing an unvetted esthetician. I was grateful to this salon for a last minute waxing appointment - but I was unhappy with the outcome. The esthetician accidentally pulled out too many hairs in one brow and left obvious, ASYMMETRIC space - and didn't wax all the hairs on my legs (several strays, and all I asked for was a partial wax). The brow incident has never happened to me before, anywhere. Worst of all, when I pointed out the brow issue, she acted as though it had always been that way... and instead of taking off the charge, she offered to color in the space with eyeliner! Unreal. I will NEVER go there again.
Symmetry is such a friendly and comfortable salon. Something you don't find everywhere else. Not pretentious, low key and calming. Ask for Jim Fisher. Jim is an incredible stylist. He has a lot of experience and spends time with client figuring out what is best for the client. He makes you feel relaxed and enjoy your time in the salon. I have gone to Jim for over 5 years and I can't imagine starting over with someone else.
Tyson is great. Down-to-earth, friendly & knowledgeable, Tyson is one of few I trust with my hair. Symmetry is a spacious, comfortable space. Highly recommended!
