I always have an awesome experience here. Greeted the second I walk in. Love getting a pedicure and I dont go nearly as often as I should. They always make sure my feet look amazing when I leave....and trust me that isn't a small task. They are really good about getting me in last minute. This is the only place I have gone in years
I had my nails done two weeks ago. My shellac polish stayed on my right hand, I feel like they lied because everyone of my nails on my left hand came off. It couldn't have been the same polish. I won't be back unless they offer to repaint them. Ridiculous
Quick Review: Tim is obsessive about a great haircut and it makes such a difference. He is not just cutting hair in any old hairstyle, he is cutting YOUR hair to suit YOUR face. Amazing.
Long Review: My hair was crazy curly all my life and with every child (I'm due with number 4), the curls kept getting less and less but I kept getting the same haircut over and over. Flash forward to my haircut with Tim. At my wits end, and having already chopped some hair off myself in a "throw my hands up" and "I'm done" attitude, Tim did an amazing job. He looked at my throw back photos with the curls, checked out my hair now, and then went in with a plan to frame my face and make my hair have some bounce and volume back again.
After he washed and cut my hair, he blew it dry. Then, HE CUT MY HAIR AGAIN DRY TO MAKE SURE IT WAS PERFECT. I have never had a hairstylist do this before and what a huge difference his attention to detail made.
Bonus: I've got a lot more hair confidence.

Best place to get a haircut in the Des Moines area. Been getting my haircut from Tim for over 10 years now back when they use to be located downtown. Nowhere else can compare to the quality and attention to detail of Tim's work.
