I got a hair relaxer here last year in august. The lady doing my hair actual skipped a step and said it would be fine. She did below the minimum for my hair and I didn't realized until I asked other hair stylists.  I was also supposed to receive a follow up call about how my hair was and never received it. Turns out my hair was not fine. In fact because of this relaxer my hair has been suffering greatly. I've had a couple relaxers over the years before and never had this damage. I'm about to chop my hair all off because my hair is beyond ruined and I can't save it. Please be cautious before choosing this salon for your hair relaxing needs.

I had a great experience visiting the salon today. All of the staff work together well as a team and support each other. They are all eager to make the clients in the salon feel special even if it's not a client they are working on. The owner who worked on my hair has years and years of experience  and she passionately passes on her knowledge to her staff to help them be successful in building there relationships and clientele. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the consultation process that is a staple of the business and was instrumental and my results being outstanding.

Olivia was amazing! She spent a lot of time explaining face shape and working with me to find a great hairstyle that compliments me. Walked me through the whole styling process and took her time. Price very reasonable for a cut. Found my hair place! Thanks Olivia!

The good:  The stylist (Lacey) listened well to what I wanted and offered professional insight.  She obviously has great training and did a fantastic job highlighting my hair.

The bad:  I can't speak for the rest of the stylists at the salon, but my stylist assisted me and another client during the same time.  Because they double book it took 3.5 hours for highlights which I feel is way too long.  I've had my hair highlighted for 15 years and it's very rare that it takes longer than 2 hours.  It's unfortunate that they double book clients, because the rest of the service is really outstanding.

Megan is fabulous! She walked me through my face shape and skin tone and hair type and...needless to say I was impressed. I love that she took the time to do that during my first visit to help give me reasonable expectations. I also loved how the entire team trusts each other enough to do each other's hair!
