It was going very well until I woke up the next morning with scabs from the worker going too hard with the buffer.

I will not ever return to this nail salon. I made an appointment for a manicure/pedicure with tips on my nails and gel on my toes. I came for my appointment early, not thinking I would be seen immediately as it was not my appointment time. Multiple people who entered the salon without an appointment after I had entered were seen almost immediately. After waiting for over half an hour, and my appointment time had passed, I left the salon and made an appointment for the next day while informing them I would have a tight time frame. I returned the next day at my appointment time and was seated immediately. I waited for 10 minutes before the water for my pedicure was turned on. Two people walked in while I was sitting, and almost immediately, nail techs started their pedicure and manicure. I waited another 10 minutes before informing the nail tech beside me that I could not wait any longer and had to leave. I was told to dry my feet off by myself, and while doing this, someone came over and told me they could start right then. When I informed her I only had about 40 minutes before I had to leave, she said they couldn't do what I had asked for in 40 minutes. I reminded her that is why I had made an appointment. Every nail salon I have ever made an appointment for make sure they have a nail tech available when an appointment enters, or have one within 10 minutes. I found this salon incredibly unprofessional.

I paid over $100 at this place. I was unsatisfied with my nails, I asked before they started doing my nails if they were able to do ombré they lady told me yes. As the other lady started my nails I'm realizing she doesn't know what she's doing and I stated multiple time I didn't like them but she said she'll fix it. Once I told her she wasn't doing them how I like she had the other lady come over. I paid for my service and went out to my car to call my sister she told me to go back and have them fix it. When I went back I said "I'm sorry but I don't like them can you fix it" the first the the lady said was I'm not returning your money. I never asked them to. Then she told me she wasn't going to waste her time on me I asked for the owners number and she told me she didn't know and wasn't going to give it to me. I wouldn't recommend this place they were really rude and unprofessional I also feel racially profiled because they didn't have the same energy for the white people there.

Very disappointed... I have been going to this salon for a year now and super loved it! i defended it when my roommate came back devastated after they gave her the complete wrong color nails. Today I sat waiting an hour before being helped and was still hopeful about the experience and felt it was worth the wait. my nail tech was EXTREMELY rude to me she cut my hands multiple times, grabbed my arm and yanked it to twist, and raised her voice at me. She kept telling me i wasn't putting my hand in the gel heater far enough but instead of being helpful talked down to me like i was stupid even though my nails were as far in as they could be without smudging them. I have never had such a rude nail tech in my life!! I'm not one to leave bad reviews or be a Karen but i was very disappointed at how much i paid to be treated so poorly! don't go to this salon (especially as a student) if you don't have at least 2.5 hours to get a manicure!

i got dip on my nails done a week ago today and two have already chipped. i haven't had this problem when i went to other salons. the woman who did my nails also ripped off the dip that was on before them instead of filing them down or soaking them in acetone.
