Envy Nail Spa in Auburn, AL

They don't seem to respect appointments. I know most nail salons take too many walk ins so appointments are usually a little delayed, but when I went for my appointment the nail tech I was scheduled with was just sitting down to start a full set of acrylics on someone else and expected me to wait the hour or so it would take. I get having to wait 10-15 minutes but I don't understand the point of appointments if they will totally be disregarded.

DO NOT GO TO ENVY. my friend and I had appointments at noon for mani pedis. They didn't get started on us till 12:30 and they would start on your pedicure then you'd have to wait for a different person to actually do the polish on your toes. So yet again you're still waiting. Once they finished my toe polish, I waited for another 45 minutes for someone to start my manicure. I got dip and my nails look so stubby and she didn't clean up my cuticles at all. With all that being said, the 2 people who worked on my pedicure were very nice but the worker who did my friends pedicure was very rude and kept shaking his head at her when she asked for a certain color that they said they had

I was a littleee skeptical going in because there were a few questionable reviews, but it was honestly the best experience I've had getting my nails done. Kathy took her time and made sure the nails were even and the design was perfect! It was also a friendly and clean environment. Definitely recommend and will be going back!

Envy has been my go - to nail salon for a while now but the past few times i've been there it has been significantly less busy than it usually is and yet i wait probably 30 minutes for someone to get to me while some of the workers are sitting around doing nothing. I have heard of people being seated before you even if they come in after you simply because they LOOK like they have more money than you. Keeping in mind getting my nails done is something i do for leisure so i don't particularly get dressed up to go to the nail salon. However, this time i went i was not having it. A girl came into the salon and looked very nice and dressed up and even though i had been there for probably 30 minutes waiting she got seated right away. i had been told repeatedly that it would only be 5 more minutes and before i knew it i had been sitting there for half an hour. i ended up walking out as this has happened more than once at this nail salon and i decided to take my business elsewhere. VERY DISAPPOINTED ENVY!

I like this place. It is tranquil and clean. However, I had an appointment for 9:30 this morning (their opening time) and there was only one employee present. It was 9:55 before someone came in to do my pedi.
