THIS IS A WARNING for those who want to work for Noire the nail bar.
I was working for this salon and these are some of the reasons I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend to work here:
- They don't value their employees: they intentionally let their workers suffer the winter cold without turn heat on.
- They STEAL money from nail techs for unclear reason: the owner took my $93 without any prior notification. When I asked him why and the answer I got was "He did receive the money in bank account so he did that". Note: the client already paid and transaction went through. When I ask the owner's wife also working in the salon, she replied that she took no responsibility. Although the salon has the no refund policy.
- My situation was not FIRST time, there was another one last month and that nail tech already left because they forced her to pay for what beyond her responsibility. That was the act of STEALING and unreasonable.
So if anyone is considering working over here, think twice. Unless you want to experience an unprofessional and toxic working environment.
Was visiting in the area so I looked at reviews in order to get a pedicure. I was very pleased. Lynn did a good job and took her time. It bothers me when techs rush through. I would go back if I lived in the area.
One of the best nail salons in Auburn. I refuse to go anywhere else. They always take their time and even when they're busy, they try to not make you wait for a long time. Every single employee welcomes you with open arms. There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how much I love this nail salon!! :)
when I came here one of the workers kept pulling my hand very hard and moved my phone and slammed it down and left dents in my nails I do not recommend coming here the people are very rude!!! don come here
Do not go to this place by any means... I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but it's terrible esp if you go during the busier parts of the day. I used to only go as a last resort but this was for sure my last time going after experiencing terrible customer service. The pedicures are SUBPAR, you can get better service and nail care elsewhere.
