Ladies beware before you spend your money here with the Lash lady ( Jamaica) l got my lashes done by her for the first time of ever having lash extensions and by the next day most of them had fallen out! I reached out to her the next morning and told her that most of the lashes had started falling out rite after they were put on and she said that was normal and I asked her what I could do bc I was going to be going out of town for the day and she said I could use any oil based product and the rest of them would come off and they did . My complaint is that I had spent $90 dollars for #1Lashes that fell out and frankly my glue on lashes that cost $6 dollars looked far more attractive #2When I notified her about what had happened she basically said that was a shame that this happened with not one offer of redoing my lashes or not one offer of returning my any part of my money ! I felt she had plenty opportunity to do something to rectify this situation but she did nothing! #3 So I am just letting you ladies know what you could be walking into by going to her for lash extensions! I feel that she was not fair in this at all , if she would have offered anything in regards to making me the customer feel better and not ripped off or taken. Then I never would have posted this on here. I feel she did herself an injustice in the long run because I could have given that girl lots of business through lots of my friends has she been fair by me so ladies as I say, beware.
I don't know if I could love a salon any more than I love A+ salon! The girls here (Amber and Ashley) are top notch professional and so much fun! They really know their stuff and work hard to make sure their customers are happy.
