The two staff members were very nice but they rushed yet it still took over 2 hours for my friend and I to get gel manicures. Overall a poor experience. I told her repeatedly to not trim my cuticles too much and she made me bleed on one nail then finally backed off. That nail is still very sore at the nail bed and I hope it won't get infected. The gel overall looks fine and I am sure it will stay on for a few weeks but it was not a relaxing experience.
Joy did the nails for myself and also my bridesmaids. Everyone walked away looking so beautiful!!!! She did an amazing job as always! Can't wait to come back again!!!!
Charlie did a great job making my nails look beautiful! She allowed me to try different colors on my nails before I found the color I wanted. The location is quiet and relaxing!
There nothing like being treated like a princess! Charlie is the best she is very detail oriented, she gives the best pedicure she will scrub & rub your tootsie like those babies should be. She's the sweetest & gives an awesome massage beside the one the chair give you could completely fall asleep if you let yourself, I highly recommend Charlie if you looking for a great pedicure she's great!
We came in just as they were closing (we just saw the Open sign and didn't pay attention to the time). After Joy and Charlie recommended a rival shop, Charlie came after us and offered to stay late to give my honey and I pedicures. Very sweet of her!
