Palm Beach Tan in Vancouver, WA

I absolutely recommend this tanning place. I used to go to Vancouver tanning and cryotherapy and they were a joke compared to palm beach tan. I pay for everything unlimited. I am a cocktail tan lover. I absolutely love doing both! I love that the spray tans you can add color and stuff to it to create your own customized spray tan. The quality of the beds are amazing. You also can customize your tanning bed experience. In the diamond prism beds You can choose your bronze setting, misters, aroma and more!! The beds are high quality for sure. I have been to both mill plain and 4th plain and the staff have been nothing but nice, professional and very knowledgeable. They are amazing! I love going to the 4th plain one especially but I do wish they would put in the prism with the red light therapy there. They do have the prism bed just not with the red light therapy. So I have to go to the one at mill plain which is fine but i vibe with the staff better at the 4th plain one. Hallie is one of the staff members at 4th plain that is especially one of my favorite staff members there. She is always nice and is great to talk to. I wish all the staff members would mix the spray tan add ons in front of you because if your like me you want to make sure your getting what your paying for and I'm a little paranoid sometimes. I cocktail tan. So I tan first then spray tan so I don't see them mix the add ons. But Haillie will mix the add ons infront of you before you go into the tanning booth and it makes me feel a lot better that I'm getting what I'm paying for! I think it's worth what I pay. No contracts as well! You can cancel anytime or you can put your account on hold for like 7 bucks a month and when you return you get all that back in tan dollars!! So it's a win win! I really hope whoever is reading this gives this place a chance! Staff is amazing, beds are amazing, products are amazing, I mean it's definitely a win full circle!
Ps.this is for the owners or management of palm beach, it would be nice if you would put the diamond prism with red light therapy AND the OTHER spray tan machine that has the other steps other then the front and back steps; into the 4th plain one! Although I don't mind going to the mill plain one but the mill plain one also only has 1 spray tan machine. So food for thought! I'm sure I'm not the only one who thought this. LOL hope that makes sense! P

SCAM! I'm visiting from out of state. Back home there isn't any franchise tanning places anywhere unless you want to hop a flight. A dear friend got me a tanning package for the month I was in town. (169.00 with the tanning lotion) GREAT! Walk in, staff is friendly and says, for 20 dollars I can upgrade my package and I decided to also pamper myself with some after care lotion. (64.00) sign the pen pad forthe transactio, no problem. (Come to find out later, it was already supposed to have been upgraded per promotion) but it's 20 bucks...no big deal. A few days later I notice an ADDITIONAL 113.00 charged to my card, and call to inquire. I get a call from a "manager," days later. Stating that the 20 dollar upgrade, upgraded my entire package so it charged me for the upgraded package. SAY WHAT? No no no, I didn't sign an additional contract, nor did I sign the initial contract. I go back in, thinking it will work itself out. I get a print out of charges and I'm asked what would make me happy. I said, I'm not worried about initial charges, and certainly not the product as I'm using it, I just want the charges removed that weren't described in the transaction. (Keep in mind I haven't even tanned but a handful of times within 2 or so weeks.) I go about my tanning and leave. Certainly, with only 4.5 weeks of tanning time, a company would understand that 346.00 is an insane amount to pay for a month of tanning! No! When I was finally contacted. The company is flat REFUSING return the fraudulent charge. They've offered to terminate my "contract," that I didn't sign, or was conned into signing, believing it was a one time charge. And will only receive "in store credit." Multiple calls later and I've been told in not as many words that the upper management doesn't care, and would only offer the exact same thing. But was also told that they would not speak directly to me and the manager refused to give a name, or contact information, email...nothing.
Bad business, bad business practices.
Save your money and go somewhere you get what you pay for, and NOT charged for things you never agreed to. 346 dollars for maybe 7 tans before termination. Give me a break!

Brady was great every time I went in. I just cancelled today because there was allegedly a "billing problem" on my automatic withdrawal from monthly funds. I went in to tan and instead of trying to fix the problem the two women up front talked over me and didn't seem to care about listening to  me, just trying to get more money in the till. I offered to update any billing Info they needed, as the error processing was on their end. They told me they wouldn't waive the measly charge. I gave multiple chances to try to fix the problem together but they didn't care about my time or my business. This is supposed to be a simple place to tan since I workout at 24 but outside of Brady, this has been more hassle than it is worth. Perception is everything. Everything. I'd be happy to discuss this review and hopefully change my mind about this place if someone wants to treat my time in a valuable way.

I begrudgingly rejoined PBT in the months leading up to my wedding so I could have some color for all the festivities. Now it's 2 days before my wedding and I walk in to get a versa as always and they're closed to redo the floors, despite google saying they were open normal hours.

Now I get to drive all over town to find one open (30 minutes away) or be late to meet the wedding coordinator and all the family flying in.

I am so disappointed and angry
