Ainsley at spoiled salon was incredible. I did an initial consultation where she talked me through the process and investment of doing an all over color on my hair and then I just had to book with her to make my hair dreams come true. During my initial consultation and the actual hair color appointment, she was knowledgeable, friendly, communicative and very talented. She checked in with me at all points of the appointment to make sure I was comfortable with my hair but also that I was comfortable in the chair (offered snacks & water). When my hair was all done she recommended hair products and went over how to properly care for my new hair. I cannot recommend Ainsley and Spoiled Salon enough!!
I've been going here for almost 5 years now and I don't plan on leaving any time soon. I've always had trust issues with salons but I've truly never had an issue here. I've had times where I've needed emergency touch ups before trips, special events, etc and couldn't get in with my regular stylist but I knew I could always trust their recommendations for another stylist in their salon who could get me in. Every time I go in I always get a check in with that I came in to get done, a run down of how they're going to do it, a price quote and of course, a beverage of my choosing. They ask the questions I have before I even get to ask them. What's better than that? On top of that they kick ass with their services. My hair always looks and feels amazing at the end of my session and they're really great at educating you on how you can take care of your it at home and how to style it. If you want consistency, good communication and good results, come to Spoiled. Special s/o to Ruth & April for always making me feel like a baddie.
April has been doing my hair for over a decade now and I wouldn't have it any other way. She's a bamf who is amazing at what she does. The crew here is very welcoming and are proud of what they can do to make you feel special. I drive out from Beaverton just to see her team. I recommend both of their locations.
