This is a great place to go when I went there to get a haircut for my bangs it was very clean and straighten the lady that helped me was very nice and she continued to talk to me and keep me company then she continued to help other customers which was a bit odd but it was OK because I still got a good thing out of it my hair looked absolutely gorgeous she said that it might change color but since I got it died that day so yeah but it turned out pretty nice
UNPROFESSIONAL! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! & POOR SCHEDULING!!! I made TWO appointments first for refill & they didn't log it. I drove there just to be turned away. Shame on you. The second appointment I called a week in advance to get a perm & refill. I requested 7pm but was asked to come in at 630 instead so I agreed. The same day my sister wanted to join me so she called to see if she can get a haircut around the same time as me. She gave my name & time AND THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR ME!!!!! Second time!!! Shame on me! They didnt even offer to remedy the situation either. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO BACK!!!
I woke in to get my hair styled for the evening party. And I have to ask the stylist to curl my hair a little tighter. And she understand what I asked for and made my curls to stay fabulous for a long time. I have thick straight and heavy hair and very difficult to keep the curl for a long time.
Jenny is amazing, I've never had my manicure last so long! I get lots of compliments and I had a great time hanging out in the shop.
