I came in for a dip manicure and had a horrible experience. My nails were uneven, the tech cut my nails too short, and he was new so once I starting correcting the things he was doing two other ladies came over to watch. It was almost time to close so the lady was like you can come back tomorrow and I will fix it. She knew it was terrible. I will never come back here again
This my favorite place for pedis! Great leg and foot massage and the color lasts a month. Prices went up a bit since covid (as did most things in life) but otherwise I always leave happy
Third time in a few months made an appointment right when they open and had to wait over 15 minutes to even get started. i was not treated kindly about it when I asked where the person was who could start my service. They were not apologetic about me having to wait or make it up. Would not recommend, definitely plenty of other good salons in the area.
The girl who did my nails was terrible and INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!! Some one else had to come finish and fix them it was absolutely CRAP!!! She literally yelled at me because I wanted to see my color on 1 nail and see if it was dark enough and she told me NO THEY DON'T DO THAT (which is crazy bcuz every other place would of if I'd asked nicely like I did ) but not her I had to choose by her painting the colors on her glove!!! Now I've had them 2 days and they are already lifting and other nonsense! Just not good service and VERY RUDE!!!!
I've been going to this location on and off for years and I never seemed to have a good experience. For one my nails usually weren't what I asked for so I had to ask several times for them to be fixed. My last visit I needed to shaping and buffing my nails at home because the bases of my nails were lumpy and the shape was all over the place. Not only that but there is also a lot of "drama" going on with the workers /family/owners. I've been there several times where they begging to fight in front of all their customers.
