Came here to get my hair styled for a wedding. I was with Paige and she was fabulous! They were able to get me in with maybe a week notice which was great! Paige made my hair so beautiful that day and she was very friendly and easy to talk to which is a plus. Definitely recommend. I'll be going back to Paige for any of my upcoming formal events.

Once you find a stylist who is great at what they do and is reasonably priced, you never use anyone else! I can't say enough good things about Jordan Rosati at Bella Tressa. She is very talented, considerate, and patient. I have never had anything but a great result. I strongly recommend her!

I live in Chicago, but had to travel to Yorkville for business. I was in need of a haircut and decided to take my chances in Yorkville with the help of Yelp reviews. Well I have to say that I am so happy that I went with my gut to go to this salon. I called the day before to make an appointment for a Saturday morning and the young lady (I don't remember her name unfortunately), was so helpful and was able to get me in. My hair stylist was Keri and she is spectacular! My hair was very, very, very long and I wanted to go shorter with a hair style that Charlize Theron had. Well, I'm not Charlize Theron and my hair texture is different. I have lived in the city for over 20 years and I walked out of this salon feeling like the most gorgeous woman to walk this earth! Did I look like Charlize? Well of course not! But when my husband came home and saw the 12 inches that was cut off, his jaw dropped! He couldn't keep his hands out of my hair! I wish I lived closer to go to this salon more often. They make you feel at home and it didn't matter that I was a new customer. Even their regular customers that came in were just so sweet and I didn't feel like I was just a woman from Chicago for the day. They even asked me if I wanted to donate my hair to, "Locks for Love", and I did. None of the salons in Chicago have ever offered that to me. So not only did I get a beautiful hair cut and style, I was also able to donate to a wonderful cause. I highly recommend the salon and Keri and I hope to go there again!

I've been here quite a few times to get my hair cut. I have no complaints; the staff is friendly, and I love the environment. The first time I called they were able to get me that day after work. My hair is straight and I don't color it at salons, so all I've ever had to do at salons is a wash, cut and blow-dry style.

No, No! Do not go here for any hair appointment. I went to get highlights and paid over 75 dollars for them and they missed a whole 2 INCHES of hair. It looked like my roots grew out and I needed to get the highlights re-done even thought I had just got them. They did offer to fix it when I called and came back but it was only ok after the "repair" Go somewhere else!
