I had an amazing experience at this salon. Nicole is top notch and did an amazing job on my hair. With newly moving to the area from FL, I was thinking it would take me a while to find the salon that I could call "home". It is so nice to know I found it on the first try thanks to a referral from my neighbor. Something that sets this salon apart from others I have been to is not only the friendliness of the staff, but the LATHER LOUNGE. AMAZING!!!! I look forward to going back.

Moved to Yorkville and needed closer salon and I'm super picky with my blonde hair. I called and left 3 voicemails and NEVER got even one call back. Their loss. I go every 6 weeks for roots, full foils, toner, trim, blow dry, style, waxing and I love to buy good products like Oribe, Christopher Robin, IGK, Harua, Emera, Bumble and Bumble, Davines, Kevin Murphy, Aveda, Rene Furterer, Olaplex, Lanza etc so they lost out on a lot of money by choosing to simply ignore my 3 urgent voicemails. Very unprofessional. I go to Lola by Gina in Geneva instead.
The absolute best salon experience I have ever had. I have been to a lot of different type salons,high end and not so high end, and this was the best. Very enjoyable experience and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were very professional. I got my hair done by Hadley and it was the best cut and color I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and did a great job.
I have found my new salon! Margaret was absolutely fantastic and I cannot wait to go back again. As someone who gets nervous every time I cut my hair, I felt so relaxed and comfortable the entire time. She showed me around before we even started and walked me through her entire process. I will definitely recommend Stephen Allen (and Margaret) to anyone who asks, because I can't wait to go back myself!
