they rushed my nails and did a bad application. My full set of acrylic is breaking and 4 fingers have already peeled to the point it looks horrible. I've had my nails for 2 days and it looks like i've been trying to destroy them for 3 weeks. horrible
Called to make an appointment for a pedicure. Man on the phone said I could come in 30 minutes. Got there (within 30 min or less), picked a color, and waited about 15 min to be seated in a chair (which had no water). About 15 min later I finally got water, but was still waiting. Another 10 minutes pass and everyone is still busy with someone else. It's now been 40 min since I got there. I had to leave. Very disappointed. Why tell people to come in if you are too busy? Will not be returning here.
I gave this place a second chance after my review from a couple or years ago. They are still at it! You ask how long a wait for a pedicure and they tell you 5-10 minutes. Then they put you in a foot bath and ignore you, thinking you won't leave if you're seated and your feet are wet! After 25 minutes in now cold water, I could tell that no one was coming anytime soon, so I left a drippy trail right out the door! No regard for the customer.
I came in on a Saturday wanting to get a fill and I decided that I wanted to try dip powder on my nails nice my mom recommended. I usually come here with my mother but this time I was alone. When I get Called to sit down,I'm told to go to 6. I'm already on edge because the women who is sadly the co-owner isn't friendly had all and always gave me bad vibes. When she finally sits down across from me she does not acknowledge me in anyway and does not say hi. She starts working. When I tell her I want to do dip powder on my nails, she tells me no. Just plain no because she would have to take off my set. I don't understand why you come to work but basically tell your customers that that's too much work and you don't want to do it. It was crazy to me how someone I'm giving my money to tells me that I can't have a service because it's too much work for them. It seemed very discriminatory,rude and uncalled for. I really regret not walking out at that exact moment and finding someone who will do it. Me nor my mother will be coming back to this place.
