STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! went to this place for the convenience in the location. However, I decided NOT to go anymore! Staff is RUDE!! manager doesn't act like a manager either. They refuse to do your nails if you don't give them "enough tip" or even treat you very unprofessional. If you are going to do your nails to relax and have a good time this place IS DEF NOT YOUR BEST OPTION.
I have been coming here to for seven years to get my nails and pedicures done- never a disappointing experience. The owner is professional, kind, knowledgeable; same as everyone there. Highly recommended.
Normally I love them but ever since Alice left the quality has gone down hill. I had a dip mani done today and the results aren't great, they especially neglected my cuticles. I am used to gel manicures where they clean the nail bed up before polish. With dip there they really neglected my cuticles and it looks shoddy. I'm disappointed this cost me $50 and it's supposed to last 2+ weeks. I want my cuticles cleaned up by another salon asap
I DO NOT recommend this place. They are extremely rude. Last time I went the girl asked me in a very rude way to stop talking on my phone (with headphones) I ended the call to make things easier and she got attitude and grabbed my hand to the point that hurt. I let her know that she was being aggressive doing my manicure and she just tried to finish as soon as possible without even asking me the shape or the French style I wanted. Then they charge a lot and EXPECT more than 15% TIP because if NOT, they REFUSE to do your nails. They are NOT clean either and don't understand the colors I want to use for my nails sometimes. One of them also got mad at me to ask her questions about my nail design and shape and told me to stop asking too much (I'm paying an expensive service). And if you go, I recommend you to do it with Karen or kay. They are sweet ladies. If they are busy then RUN and go to a better place. I won't go there anymore!!!!
I had been going here for years and previously rated it four stars. Unfortunately quality here has gone down, it seems in order for them to squeeze in as many people as possible. They rush to get my nails done and only a few of them know how to do anything beyond very basic mani/pedis and even then I have to keep explaining what I want. I showed them a pic of very basic short nails that I got done with them a few years ago and they just did their own thing instead of following the pic. After receiving several unsatisfactory manicures in a row I decided to finally look someplace else.
