I paid $60 for a gel acrylic set and it was not what I wanted at all. My nails were not shaped correctly, my gel polish was too thick, and I had gel spilling onto my cuticles that were not cleaned. I was really disappointed in the service and will not be going back to this salon again. Also, two of my nails were put onto my hands to the side and not straight. I did not notice how awful the shaping and polish was until I got to my car and at that point I was really shy and embarrassed to go back into the salon and say something.
3/11/23 It would seem Jennifer is the manager today not Kim. No matter. Early this morning I caught sight of unwanted body hair that both Linda and I missed. Today I want back to U-Neek Nails get this unsightly hair removed. It would seem even more hair wasn't spotted, but Linda was able to remove the missed areas. Linda was still wearing some kind of hiking boots and her crystal necklace. To me, these are trade makes of hers. Finally, Linda removed the missed hairs in my butt. The one place I truly despise having hair. Linda did the clean up work once again. The clean up work is just as important as the waxing itself. I have been to places that lacked this understanding. Linda is not one of those people. She has worked on me three times now and I think the fourth encounter will be even better. See you again later on U-Neek Nails. I will definitely be back for more touch up work on the butt area in about two weeks time.

Don't ever go to the man who sits in the front, his name is My Ho. He did the powder method on my nails and it was horrible. I had polish on my skin all around my nails and when I asked him to fix it, he had an attitude. He was rough and didn't even do my cuticles. Two weeks later my polish is lifting and looks horrible. When done at another salon, this usually last three weeks without lifting. I've gone to this nail salon when I take my dog across the street for grooming. Never again. The ladies there do a great job but they are usually booked. While in the salon someone actually said that they didn't want the "man" to do their nails. I see now why. Horrendous experience.
