This is the third time I come here, I really like this salon but I feel quite headache about the noise of the staff here, if I'm not mistaken, her name is Kayla, she is very noisy and I find it very annoying. I'm sorry about that. I hope next time I won't have to hear that disgusting laugh again.
My first visit, I stumbled across this Nail Bar while out in Fairfax and needed a deluxe pedicure. Tina was my technician and she did an amazing job!!! She explained what I was getting and the cost. My feet were in bad shape as a previous nail salon infected my toenails. Tina took her time to get all the dead skin and clean up my toenails very good. The massage at the end was HEAVEN!!! I WILL TAKE THE 40 MINUTE Drive back for sure!!! They are amazing!
Lyly always does an amazing job at designs and really perfects every step. I love her attention to detail. The spa is very clean and everyone is nice. They even have heated toilet seats
Tina did my fill. It looks very natural. She was very fast. I docked a star because I made an appointment and had to wait 25 minutes and also because there was barely any cuticle work, which was disappointing. The place is clean and new. The music was more of a techno beat which was hardly relaxing but didn't impact the quality of the work don't, so I not docking for that. Will definitely be back.
Couldn't do a french pedicure. All the lines are crooked and spotty and I tried to communicate that multiple times. There's already chips, and unpainted spots. She just said "I'll put the pink coat and it will look better". It also wasn't the regular pink coat I was used too it was more clear. I felt bad bc she spent over an hour working on my pedicure, but other people who got there after me for pedicures were already done. She was nice and friendly, and good at all the services leading up to painting the nails. I wish she understood what I was trying to communicate, because I would've been happier with the outcome. Many other workers walked past, but none stepped forward to try to help the situation/ translate my issues to my nail artist. Giving 3 stars because all other experiences here have been positive.
