This salon is 5 stars. I feel the need to provide a second review for Ivy Nails since it has been a few years since I first started getting my nails done here and did my first review. I just saw a couple of the strangest reviews by others. Someone said something about it being dirty - that is 100% untrue. One of the biggest reasons I started going to Ivy is because they are one of the cleanest salons I have been to. Anne remodeled a couple of years ago so everything is new plus her standards for cleanliness are very high. Disposable plastic barriers in the pedicure stations and the tools are all sterilized and in clean packs for each client. Everyone that works there is very nice, efficient and does a great job. They are friendly and make you feel like family, especially once you are regular. I completely disagree with the couple 1 star reviews. Either they reviewed the wrong salon or it had to have been some strange one-off thing that happened on their visit that does not properly reflect the consistent experience that my friends and I have had here.

Easy to understand great options all indicated on a pricing board so there is no mistake and how much you are paying for this service. Lots of space and lots of workers. We came in as walkins and got seated almost immediately. Quick work but very well done. We will definitely be coming back!

DON'T GO HERE!!! I have had two family members come down with MRSA & contact dermatitis from pedicures here recently. They do not clean their tools here. Been going to Ivy nails for almost 4 years. I've had plenty of great experiences which is why I've continued going, but finally done with this establishment. They are only concerned about $, could care less about customer service or the quality of their services and very unsanitary. After paying $40 on a full set and the nail tech lathering SO much polish they are so thick and chunky so I asked to please change the color. When I mentioned it was really thick and I would probably need them redone much sooner than my normal 2-3 weeks the nail tech said I could pay $20 to get the color changed. When I asked if I could come back the following day they all started talking in Vietnamese then said I can pay $20 more dollars. Avoid this place unless if you want to leave ripped off and finding yourself with a bacterial infection!
