I went to el Nuevo look hair salon because it's like 5 min from my house and it got rave reviews. Well I went and it had barely opened and it was super busy which I thought was a great sign. I am fluent in Spanish but they greeted me in English so I spoke English and then sent me over to this guys station and they were talking to him in Spanish and this lady came over to translate well I started talking in Spanish saying i spoke Spanish, that I had a pic of what I wanted, how I wanted my hair, etc They were soooo rude to me. The guy was soooo chatty with other ppl who walked in but he didn't say NOT ONE WORD to me not even how are you doing or how short do you want the bangs. When I checked out he said 25 and that's it when I said thank you he said okay. 25$ for basically a trim with no hair wash which I wanted but they didn't even offer. Thank god I'm not that picky and the hair cut looks okay not exactly what I wanted even with a pic just so upset about the experience. I felt so unwelcome and unwanted and they just rushed to get me in and out of there. I will never go back.

I've been coming here for a few months and have been very happy. They ladies are very nice and always take their time cutting my hair, which I really appreciate. I've been to other places that rush to get to the next customer, which I don't like. The salon is clean and they have enough parking when I get there.
