This salon is hard to find very small location. Asked for long layers to keep my length .. I guess that meant chop off all my hair above my shoulders . Yikes I would not recommend this place to anybody . Hair cut was cut uneven , you would have better luck at a Supercuts
Zaini did a great job with my hair! I told her how i wanted and followed it exactly! And I wanted her to shampoo my hair and it was $7 more on top of the groupon.... Very INEXPENSIVE! She is very nice and soo sweet. Will definitely come back!
Tram gave me a quick haircut within 35 minutes- I was literally in and out of the salon extremely quick. I had come a little late for the appointment and she was still able to squeeze me in. Although I wish she had taken longer on my hair, it looks good so far and I'm hoping that it looks fine once I get to style it this weekend. I will probably be back in spring when I want to go shorter!
The service was amazing. I was late to my appointment and called ahead. They said being late would not be a problem. When I arrived the two ladies working were very polite. The lady who cut my hair had a headband on, brown curly hair, and glasses and was so sweet and polite to me. She listened to what I requested and did a fantastic job. I love my hair. The customer service at this salon was fantastic and they know what they are doing here.
I never review places. So this is my first review just bc the lady working there got me so worked up! I have thick long African curly hair. The lady is nice, but she spent more time telling me what I should have paid for to get a good layered haircut than just giving me the simple thing I asked for. I have to shampoo condition and brush out my hair prior to any hair appointments bc no one can ever deal with how much hair I have so it is a pain (both mentally and physically) to watch them try to brush it. So I had to brushed it for her. Not to mention that my hair was not NEARLY wet enough to cut! Not even damp! But she cut it anyway! Even after I asked her several times to wet my hair more! And no it does not require shampooing and conditioning beforehand to give a good haircut! So no I'm not going to empty my pockets for what I had already done the night before! Long story short, I'm never going there again.
