They rushed through my pedicure, the point of a pedicure is to sit back and relax. I couldn't even do that, he was done in like 20 minutes. The girl who was in there before me was still getting her pedicure when I was done. He rushed so much that he literally cut me and tried to act like that was a normal thing! I had to actual show him that it was bleeding before he put a band aid on it. And on top of that my nails didn't come out. And had to pay full price !!! Also had to have my boyfriend go get cash while I waited there because their machine was broken. Smh: Don't go.

I went to go take my sister to get her nails done , and the husband was the one to do her nails , he charged her $35 when she told him she just wanted the full set with polish wich was just $25 , but he did not listen to her and continued with the acrylic set He cut her cuticles 3 times made her bleed , but did not do anything , seemed like he was in a rush to finish . not going there anymore !!! This was not worth it at all !!!

Please don't waste your time and money here. I got acrylics and they are uneven! Least to say they have bumps and bubbles on every nail. The guy also cut my cuticles TWICE. Made me bleed acted like nothing. For the pedicure they used a real cheese grater. They use the same tools on all their customers. Never coming back here. I tried to give them a chance and I learned my lesson.

I have been going to Star Nails for some time now, it is a small family run business and there is a small language barrier with the husband BUT after a few times of learning my needs and how I like my nails they all now work on my nails diligently and they turn out beautiful and last a long time. I do powder dip nails and sometimes don't need a refill for 3-4 weeks. The pedicures are relaxing and Ann the wife is really the best. I would recommend Star Nails to anyone looking for a modest salon that focuses on each client to achieve the best results.
