Susan and Sam are the best. I can get a cut and color for reasonable price, it's such a friendly and relaxed place. They really provide amazing service and great hair cut.

Susan, who cut my wife's hair, began by telling her she shouldn't have come. Rather, my wife should have gone and found Amanda, a woman who used to work there, and whom my wife had enjoyed working with before. Susan cut my wife's hair aggressively, pulling hard on her hair while scolding her about entitlement throughout, such as when my wife made an adjustment on the way Susan made the part. At one point Susan abruptly stopped the haircut and said "the artist in me can't continue - the vibe is off." My wife begged her to continue rather than leave half her hair shorter than the rest. She asked my wife's age, and then scoffed that this "is typical of millennials." I called the establishment and said I wanted to talk it through with the manager rather than write a review. He replied that "you can write whatever you want," before abruptly hanging up. They haven't picked up any further calls, yesterday or today. A haircut is supposed to make you feel good about yourself. My wife felt humiliated and insulted, and was in tears when she unbelievably had to beg Susan to continue the haircut halfway. I've never heard of a business with this kind of disdain for their customers, indifference to feedback, and arrogance. We won't ever be back, but I wish I had been there to help my wife exit the situation. I hope this helps others.

LOVE THEM!! My mom, sister and I have been going to them for a few years now and they're great. We've gone for balayages, hair cutting, root touch ups, and more and they've always left us with smiles. This business is owned by Susan and Sam, a lovely couple, who always remember me when I walk in. I couldn't recommend them enough!! They do get a bit busy, looks like Susan's the only one that does the services so it might take a while to get a hold of them on the phone. I still recommend calling and booking an appointment because they usually turn away walk-ins.

After leaving several messages and/or the voicemail box being "full and not accepting messages," I finally tried texting to make an appointmen, and finally received a call from Sam. He is the husband of Susan, the hairdresser, and was very curt with me when I told him how many times I tried to reach them to make an appointment. After much discussion with Susan and showing her an actual color picture of the color and highlights I wanted, she brought over a large book with color swatches and told ME to pick! I'm NOT the hairdresser! I know what I want and showed her the color in the picture, so SHE should know what color would achieve that look. After 3 hours and almost $200+, I emerged with very, very dark brown hair with lines of what looks like grey about every 3"! I think I was in shock! When I got home, I texted and said it's not even close to the warm brown with blond highlights that I showed Susan, and would they PLEASE fix it!?!. Sam called me and after a 5 minute tirade blaming me, I asked if they would fix it and he said "No!". I said, "you're kidding me?" He said "No, I not kidding you!" I hung up the phone. This guy is like a bouncer at a night club. You can never talk directly to Susan, the actual hairdresser! Now I have to go find someone who can fix their mess! For another $200+ no doubt. My advice: STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I love this place. They can usually squeeze us in when we need last minute appointments, too. We have had men and women, adult and teen haircuts and coloring, which were all very professional and nice looking. Friendly owner and nice assortment of products to take with you.
