Non Nails in Manchester, CT

Before you go in there's pricing so I went in expecting to pay the most $35 for Acrylic nails with a Gel top coat. No I ended up paying $40 plus tax so $42.72 for terribly Crooked nail and a bad paint job. The nail tech was very unprofessional stopping many times to answer cell phone go on FaceTime or even to speak to other employees or take a sip of her coffee she was rough pulling on my finger nicking me with the machine and I had to tell her to take out a new file trying to use a one use file on me that was clearly old and dirty. Their sanitation was disgusting. I feel no one there has any talent or skill and going here would be a waste of your time and money. I truly wish I was these reviews before wasting my time. My shape is all wrong and the length is too long for what I asked her. I was very vocal with what I wanted and she still decided to ignore me. Don't go here please DO NOT !! Waste your time and money! Getting these off when I come back from Florida and going to my normal nail tech in Waterbury! I'd rather drive 45mins and pay way more for good quality nails instead of paying $42 for nails only worth $10

This used to be my go to nail salon however the owner or manager changed in the past couple months and now the place is horrible. Just got a gel manicure and was in and out within 20 minutes, the nail tech was rushing and being careless even though there weren't any other customers waiting. The staff is just not pleasant. Won't be going back

I have been going here for years and my mom gets me gift cards for my bday and Xmas every year but it has gone down hill. I will no longer go here. I brought my daughter for a pre-mothers day mommy/daughter time and we were not happy. We were barely greeted by the owner/manager on her phone sitting. We both did not get any sort of massage on our legs or feet. I literally had to ask for a massage and got a two second one on my legs. Never rubbed my feet. My daughter said she didn't get any sort of massage either. We were rushed through our services. Never checked on us after to see if our nails were dry and ready to go. Never again. I have been to many other nail salons and they give a nice leg and foot massage with hot stones for no extra cost and a back massage while your nails are drying for no extra costs. All for a lot less than at this place. Not happy and very disappointed. I will be asking for gift cards to other places from now on!

best experience i've ever had was seated immediately and treated amazing ! I received nancy tran as a worker and i've never been happier with the looks of my nails and toes !! affordable and enjoyable 100% recommend.

This place needs to be shut down. I wish I read the other reviews before going here! I was headed to Florida and wanted to stop for a pedicure, I didn't have time to go to my regular place and this place was open for me after work. The salon was so dirty, I seriously considered getting up and leaving many times (I wish I did) my pedicure chair was the last on the wall so I could see behind the counter and sinks. One employee was playing video games and cleaning his ears with a qtip in one of the chairs back there. I watched another employee finish a manicure with a customer and she took all the tools she just used on her and put them into a baggy and sealed it up to be used again. I just removed the polish from my pedicure from here to find white fungus on my toe nails, just wonderful. This place is disgusting!!!
