Lucky Nail Salon & Spa in Manchester, CT

I came here for a mani / pedi . Based on where it is and foot traffic I hoped it would be nice.  Sadly , another dusty and dirty mail salon in Manchester . Does anyone use Opi or Essie anywhere outside of Mall area in Manchester?
Lucky nails is dusty and dirty . Only 2 women working . All other staff on phones .  Lounging on the pedicure chairs or laughing watching an movie on phone . Another tech was sleeping at his table .I'll keep searching .  This place would do well if staff cleaned it up and added lights and turned on the heat for staff / guest and maybe some hot water for the pedicure

Don't come here, hygiene is bad and they will try to take advantage and scam you. Came in for powder dip advertised for $35 I showed her a picture of the color she said ombre and proceeded to do with nails. Barely even files my nails tells me to wash my hands in a dirty sink covered in dust. No lotion, massage, nothing.The chairs are peeling and the whole place smells like cigarettes. At the end she tells me the total is $58 because she used 2 colors for the ombre. The picture I showed her did not even include 2 colors she just wanted the extra money and didn't disclose ombre is double the price. I pay just to get out of there quickly. My friend leaves with her cuticles bleeding and they double taxed her because they included the tax in the price then taxed that price!  Wish I could get my money back, left feeling scammed and having to file my own nails.

Lisa does my daughter's nails all the time and they always come out lovely ! She also does beautiful pedicures.

Nail tech wanted me to rate 5 stars to get her rates up before she finished she never once filed my nails she only used the drill if you want your nails done like this in a hurry go there she rushed thru never used a file and never smothed the nails after polish bumpy application with acrylic and there is a hair underneath the acrylic hasn't been a week and it's starting to lift already. Salon is very disorganized and cluttered. All the photos from the buisness order are from integrity mail bar in Texas.
Don't recommend good for cheap nails and fast if your in a hurry and don't want to spend a lot of money come here!!

I spent 2 hours getting my nails done!! Nothing grand, just a normal dip powder that I normally get elsewhere. Do not get it done here, not experienced at all. Took me a long time to get my nails long, finally got there, and they were destroyed:(:( Never had a drill used for dip powder except at the end for shaping the top. My natural nails were filed on top with a fast drill, and many broke due to being so thin! After 2 hours, the drill came out again and used as if I  had acrylics to "clean" the underneath. You don't drill under with natural nails!! I am going to have to start all over, very disappointed:(:( On top of the damage, cuticles bleeding, and the 2 hours... he was watching a movie on his phone the entire time!!!! Lack of knowledge doing dip powder on natural nails, not concentrating, and watching a movie = a very bad experience!
