Diamond Nails & Spa in Manchester, CT

Honestly unless your getting something short and simple, don't go here. They overbook themselves, I was waiting over 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment just to have to leave due to needing to make it to a job interview.

If i could give it no stars i would! This place is so dirty. They have two white  girls there doing nails and the tech that did mine her hands were so sweaty it was disgusting touching it. The prices are over inflated and the service sucked. Nails did not last a week

Too Expensive! Ain't no way a gel pedicure is $45. If your in Manchester, CT go to BEBE Nails better quality and prices !

I made a 5:30 appointment with Gina for a fullset and pedicure based on a recommendation. Halfway through my pedicure, the scheduler tells me the technician (who I did not schedule with) but was supposed to do my nails apparently, "had an emergency" and could not come in and asked me to reschedule. I had graduation at 10:30 the next morning. The owner (Gina) came over to try and mediate the situation and lied about who she was to avoid having to do the nails she was scheduled to do. Had they told me this when I arrived I could have went to another salon and been prepared for commencement. I'm not even sure there was an actual emergency, regardless, it was GINA'S responsibility to fix the mistake by staying later or opening the shop earlier, all things considered. Instead this girl lies about her identity when she is most obviously the owner who should FIX the mistake.  That aside, the stations were left unkempt and there were dirty/dusty shelves by the sink. Piss poor management and presentation.

My first time going was November 7th of this year. A friend brought me to get my lashes done for the first time. I was not disappointed! Three weeks later they were almost completely in tact still. I honestly could have gone another week without having to get them done again, but I wanted to treat myself to fresh ones for the Holiday.
The next time I went, it was for a mani pedi, and this was 4 days after my first visit because I was so pleased! They did an awesome job with both hands and feet. Unfortunately my nails were a little too long for work so I had to cut them myself about a week and a half after getting them. So today, after I got my lashes redone, I got a new full set as well. I am SO HAPPY! They're honestly perfect, Sarah is a perfectionist. I am as well, so there were a couple times I mentioned fixing something, but she said, "Don't worry, I'm not done." With a smile. Totally respect her dedication to making sure everything was perfect! So excited that I found my new place to treat myself a few times a month, when In reality, I would only treat myself once a year! I keep telling everyone about this place! 10/10 definitely recommend!
