This was my first time coming here. And I must say I will definitely be back! EVERYONE is so friendly they young lady that did my Pedicure and my nails was amazing. I received the callus removal on my feet and the light pink dipping powder on my nails and she did a very good job with both. She made sure I was satisfied before she continued with everything and as a paying customer that is very important. I highly recommend this location.
The lady at the front desk was the only friendly & pleasant thing about this establishment. Everyone was rude especially the woman who did my nails. Poor customer service she started working on my nails without greeting & was very aggressive when she did speak with me. Pricing for a plain pedicure without polish, is the same as pedicure with polish - no sense. They did a good job with the manicure but not a great environment/bad energy - wouldn't come here again.
I went there to get a dip powder manicure And within three days the paint started to chip. So I went back and they fixed it. But 24 hours later, here I am with chipped paint again. I've never had this issue since switching from gel to powder. My nails would at the very least last two weeks. Very poor quality.
Seems like they do a good job with gel but do NOT get dipping powder here. Nails are so thick and unnatural. This was my second time coming here (wasn't impressed the first time but gave them a second chance) but I won't be returning.
TRASH ass nails. The guy did a horrible job and the owner refused to address the issue. $63 later and I have nails that are leaning forward. Never again. Keep your money and go somewhere else
