The nails were an exact match of the picture I had shown them. Every detail was on the nails. They were super gentle with my nails and they were completely undamaged afterwards. Just wish I would've got them a bit longer but that was my choice.
I spent $60 on the deluxe with gel the polish was fine put I don't pay $60 for nice polish I want my clauses REMOVED WHEN THATS WHAT I PAY FOR & this is what I see when I come home She rushed me because some old white lady was waiting on her Kept talking about how long my nails are well this is why I don't go often , every salon you pay for the most and get the LEAST
Great job w/mani-pedi! So pleased w/service & outcome. Hot wax on feet is the best! Beautiful color on toes. Then, sweet, natural manicure, called "shiny ball." Very happy! They're so nice there too!
I really wanted to like this place, but they let me down. The pedicure and manicure consisted of soaking and painting the gel. They did not clean my cuticles well, did not provide anything close to a massage, and did not even scrub my feet. I have had at least 50 pedicures in my life and can say this was the absolute worst service I have ever recieved. The paper describing the service says "10 minute massage". She spent less than 2 minutes (I watched my phone clock) putting lotion on my feet and legs and preping the nails to paint. She was slow and the painting looks good, but I didn't pay $85 for someone to paint my nails. I paid for a pedicure and manicure that I did not recieve. I doubt the gel will last like it should since the nails were not properly prepped.
I LOVE this place. I've been coming for years and don't have anything bad to say. My pedicures are amazing, never rushed and so are my manicures. The staff is friendly and kind.
