Diamond Nails and Spa in Visalia, CA

Requested a classic mani pedi. The end result was sloppy. Nail technicians were too laid back and not professional. The technician who worked on my nails seemed untrained and unskilled. The nails were unevenly cut and filed that resulted in jagged edges. The nail polish was applied unevenly and does not cover the entire surface of the nails. The technicians working that day spoke their native language to each other the entire time I was there. They'd glance over at each other and laugh. At one point, the man working on my nails could not contain his laughter all while staring at me. I don't understand their language so I didn't know what he was laughing at. That made me feel uncomfortable. Although I felt as if they were laughing at me, I decided not to say anything because I didn't want to stir up trouble. In the end, I did not receive the service I expected nor the service I was charged for. I'll never go back.

I recently moved to Visalia and was looking for a good nail salon after leaving my nail lady of 9 years I tried another salon and was not happy/impressed by the experience overall. I decided to try one more time to find a better place before buying my own nail equipment myself, and Diamond Nails did not disappoint. From initial contact on the phone to schedule my appointment, to walking out of the salon, the experience was wonderful! Tom is a very polite and kind person, and Tina was sweet as well. Tom have you thee best manicure (gel) I've ever had on my life! My cuticles were cut to perfection, and the polish was so smooth that even my husband mentioned "that they looked flawless" Tina gave me an excellent pedicure (gel) as well, I felt completely relaxed and the scrub that she used smelled amazing. I will definitely be coming back to Diamond Nails.

March 2023: Okay, seriously my new favorite nail place in Visalia!! Pedicure was spot on and so relaxing that I could fall asleep. Manicure was basic, but nice! The staff were so kind and the prices were very reasonable! I will be coming back!

Very pleased with this salon! I went in when she first opened with no appointment and she gladly took me. I got a French tip gel manicure for $25. Lyn did an amazing job and she was very nice and talkative! I live in Porterville and will most definitely come back here to see Lyn!

I moved to Visalia about 10 months ago. I've tried four other salons and have always been disappointed with the service. I have even spent time and gas driving to Fresno to get my nails done. then I tried Diamond nails yesterday. The care that Tom took to remove my nails instead of just popping them off was so refreshing. He did a beautiful job on my dip manicure and the pedicure was perfect. I am so happy with my nails. They are absolutely perfect. I finally found my new salon!
