Three employees and two customers and I was turned away for a pedi because they were too "busy". Made no effort to accommodate me or the lady before me.
This place is filthy. The tables are dusty and have never been cleaned. The floor is black and sticky. Theres junk everywhere, also with dust on it. Do not go here. Theyre also super rude.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Got my nails done 3 days ago, one has already broke off completely , but AWFUL attitude and she kept cutting me multiple times with the drill. I asked for red and she gave me orange and my friend I was with told her a certain red she wanted and she kept telling her no to do this other red even when my friend refused and said she wanted the red she picked! But as you can see, she didn't even fill my nails in and even though designs are offered on the menu, she very rudely told me there are no designs ! I will go somewhere else to get this mess fixed!
I went in last Sunday to get a pedicure and manicure. I was the only person there so I should have taken it as a sign. It doesn't seem very clean, the lady dropped the file she was using on me and was attempting to continue using it until I said something. She cut me twice with the file and didn't care. I felt bad for the ladies so I paid cash and tipped 20%. The next day my gel polish started chipping, I went in on day 5 as one nail was chipping pretty badly, along with other nails. I went in and Nancy or Trish told me it was my fault and wanted to charge me for a polish change. She was extremely rude about it.
Avoid if all possible!!! They had pumpkin seeds sitting on one table, the employee tried to touch my hands with WET gloves on from doing a pedicure. She also tried to continue and used the SAME file as the pedicure on my hands. Charges $10 to fix ONE nail?! Again AVOID IF POSSIBLE
