I went to (NC Nails) and got a manicure/pedicure with jell the older lady was very rude, unprofessional and rough she has no disregard for your skin or her technique... I was stabbed 3 times on the same toe and my nails were cut uneven with excessive polish my nails are ruined and they were definitely price gouging!!! I paid 85.00$ for a manicure/pedicure however I didn't receive any treatment for my feet I literally sat in a chair with hot water she didn't poor anything in the water... horrible experience!!!

I went to NC Nails on Ashley Rd. My nails looked horrible when she finished them. I only got gel polish on my real nails and she had to fix my thumb nail with acrylic. She did a tacky rush job the polish was uneven and very lumpy my thumb nail even had junk all it. I see why people select certain people to do their nails.I would have done better off buying press on nails and would have save my self some money too.

I visited this establishment earlier today with my mom. She usually comes here so I decided to try it out. I had the nail tech at the very front. She seemed really nice but lacks basic safety and professional skills.

First, the tech was not wearing a mask. Secondly, she had a cut on her left pinky finger that had visible blood on it. Her band-aid was coming apart so she decided to completely take it off. She continued to work on my nails. Her actions were very reckless and could spread blood born pathogens. Third, her attire was very inappropriate for work. Fourth, the quality of my nails was a 3 out of 10. Nails were crooked, rhinestones were crooked, sides of my nails were not polished correctly. She cut my cuticle. The designs did not match. My total left hand looks like a rushed job. This salon does not use plastic cover in the pedicure bowl. You have to pay an extra fee for something that should be mandatory. None of the intensions came out of a sterile processed bag.

Sorry to say but I will never be a customer at this salon again. I paid $90 for my service. I would not recommend this salon to any one. I'm going back tomorrow to speak with the manager. There needs to be some serious changes at this salon.

Nail Polish too thick and uneven, acrylic on my skin caused it to split and bleed. My nails and skin was hurting so bad, there was nothing else she could have done to fix my nails.This is the second person in this shop that can not apply acrylic. If Phill is not working, DO NOT GO!! I came in at 10am for a full set and left at 12, the lady doing my nails was also working on 4 different people AT THE SAME TIME. I thought I found a good spot but I was wrong.
