Very unprofessional. It was my first time here and they were short staffed. I arrived at opening and they had customers waiting for a long period of time before they even communicated they did not have adequate staff to accommodate us. I had a birthday party that day and was upset bc now I had to find another shop to serve me. Very beautiful place but poor customer service.
I am so happy I found this nail place! If you're looking for acrylic or fancy designs this is a great place to come. Lana, Lina, and Celi are who I have seen and all do amazing nails. These last visits I have worked with Celi and her design skills are phenomenal! I love this place and will continue to come back :)

I tend to be a classic man who enjoys being well-groomed, and it's a bonus if I can feel pampered too. My time here both met and exceeded my expectations. The CBD pedicure and wide massage chairs (that actually work) with space to recline and elbow room while getting a manicure, as opposed to being crammed in, are part of the reasons I'll be back. The other main reason I'll return is that both nail technicians demonstrated a high level of care and provided excellent service.
I thought I loved coming to this place, but they are just like the rest of the nail salons. They add on a bunch of random charges at the end, even if you get simple styles. I didn't feel they truly cared about my concerns regarding the charges either. Very disappointed since I truly did enjoy coming here.
