We made a reservation for four people. When we got there the fourth nail tech decided to work with a customer who came in after us. So three of us got pedicures while the fourth person sat and waited for 30 minutes. We weren't walk-ins. We had a reservation. The fourth person eventually got a pedicure that was less than 15 minutes even though they asked for the deluxe pedicure that is listed as having an extended massage and lasts 30-40 minutes and that's what they were charged for.
I used to go here for a quick, 'just okay' pedicure since it's close to my house. Everyone is friendly and the services are fine, but no frills, no extras, and the place seems a little disorderly and unclean to me. I'll overlook that for a quick in/out pedi; however the prices have gotten outrageous!! For those prices my expectations are MUCH higher. I probably will be going out of my way for something better from now on.
My daughter and I went for mani/pedi. First off I dislike when they multitask and make you have the mani while you are in the chair. It's not relaxing at all. They offered no beverages with us pretty much standard practice nowadays. Secondly, my daughter's manicure was a total mess. Polish all over the cuticles, transparent areas and polish on the underside of her fingers- even when they were "done" We had them redo the messy areas and it looked a little better- not great. They also put the UV light on our pedicures even though we didn't get gel. I know this was to speed up the drying time. Fine, but after then sitting under the dryer for another 15 min it felt as though my nails were totally dry. Did anyone come check? Nope. Got home and fine my toes nails ruined. So, so dissatisfied with this place. It's not cheap to have these services- just do them correctly and stop rushing your work- it gets sloppy. It was not even busy btw.
I've been going to this salon for years and they just recently changed the prices but don't let you know. I went in for a pedicure and was told it would be $32 ended up being charged $55. $18 extra for a thin layer of gel polish that wasn't advertised. Make sure if you go to this salon ask how much everything is or they'll rob you blind, they also pressure you into a tip percentage screen rather than being able to give your own tip amount. My friend that was with me was charged $150 for a mani pedi excluding the tip. There are much better salons that cost much less than this one do your research
The nail lady changed the price when it was time to pay... she charged 37+18 for gel..18 FOR GEL for a pedicure ???! I got a manicure too and she got glue all over my fingers. Will not be going back
