Natchaya Salon in Tacoma, WA

I will never go there the salon thinks they are servicing "CELEBRITIES" hair for some reason. It's ridiculous how much she charges to do hair. It's crazy do you not how the economy is now it's wild how her prices are to do hair. And her apprenticeship don't get me started sh is really good in luring customers to have their hair done in the salon. Beware of prices.. Please be reasonable....

I got my hair done my Adriana, and she is top notch! I asked for highlights, and brought in a picture (I honestly wasn't sure if I wanted all blonde or just highlights), so we did the 1st round and it wasn't quite as blonde as I wanted, and my hair was still fairly dark). She asked me if i wanted to go lighter, and when I told her I want it to "pop" and be much more noticeable - she dove right back in and the outcome was PERFECT!!! (and honestly she did a REALLY great job the 1st time, but it was just much too subtle for me). She listened to my concerns, and worked with me to get it just right. I appreciated her professionalism, kindness, and bringing my vision to life. If I could give this place a 10 I would! Highly recommend!

I hadn't had my hair done in 3 years, so I needed a lot of work. Naam took the time to listen to what I wanted. Then she explained exactly what it was she was going to and even broke down the cost per item so I wouldn't be surprised at the end. I needed a cut and decided to do a bayalage. Only issue was, I had some blue and green left over from a home dye job done months before. Naam was able to remove most of the blue/green from my hair and successfully do the bayalage. And oh my God did she do an amazing job! I look fantastic and have the boost of confidence I was looking for! Naam suggested a scalp detox treatment since I complained of seasonal dandruff. It was so awesome. My scalp feels so clean and light! Naam and her stylist took such great care of me. I can't wait until I need a touch up!

I'm glad I found this salon. I came in for a trim I have long hair and Naam was understanding about still keeping my length long but adding layers in the front. I showed her a pic and got exactly what I wanted, as a hairstylist myself I highly recommend Naam, I left this place 100% satisfied. Her knowledge was outstanding! The other ladies working here were very polite and welcomed me with a kind smile. I will be returning. Also it is owned by retired Veteran!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. My mother got her hair cut here today by Adriana. She provided a picture of what she wanted and walked away with an uneven cut, nearly a mens haircut and feeling terrible about how she looked. Do not go here. You're better off at super cuts. I'm absolutely livid with the woman who destroyed my mother's confidence at a time of grief. Horrific.
