Love to support the local businesses and came back for a second (and last) time. Called for a price before setting appointment. Powder dip was limited on colors but for the price they originally quoted me ($35) on the phone. Once finished, my nails are lumpy and not the nicest job. Long story short, I went to go check out and the price was increased to $40. They said they would discount the $5 difference when I come back.
Had to call today to cancel appt . I am Covid positive . They didn't care and sent me an invoice to pay 22.50 for a missed appt . Stay clear from these people .
I've gotten my nails done here a few times. i went in tonight to get them done. The lady did a awful job. the "gel" on my toes has bubbles and creases. a few areas looked missed. it's already chipping and I just got home about two hours ago. I noticed how bad it was once I got home and was able to see it in better lighting. I am extremely unhappy since I'm going to a wedding tomorrow and won't have time to go back in to get them fixed nor do I think I would want to. They have some ladies that do a great job. but apparently, it's a gamble getting nails done here, so good luck if you go here. Wish I can post the pictures on here.
The management and their nail technicians are very gentle and respectful with my wheelchair bound wife and her elderly mother. They do excellent work, worth every penny. My wife has been going to Red Nails for years now
These people are crooks, I went for a pedicure and was quoted a different price. The owner loves cash, she's always asking, no cash hunny. Girl, people are using debit and credit cards. My friend wanted ombré nails lmao it looked like a child finished her nails. I'm so freaking pissed offf now. I will never spend my money with those crooks. Mary you should be ashamed of yourself as much money I've spent with your business
