Today we went in with a group of four people. They sat us down immediately and started working. Our nails were all too short, crooked, the wrong shape, and my best friend was bleeding in three different places. All we wanted was some good nails but now we have bumpy, bubbly, misshaped nails for the next few weeks. We will not be back literally ever in a day in our life's. This place is a total fucking joke. I walked in at opening and asked for a fill. The lady took off the color, left to call someone, came back took off the rest of the color and stopped to answer her phone. She then passes ME the phone and a woman comes on saying she's 30 minutes away can I wait. I don't have time to just sit around waiting but she already ruined my nails!!!!! The lady in the shop has no answer when I asked why she took off the color if she didn't know how to do nails or just say I should come back. I'm so pissed and I will NEVER return to this shit show
