Best salon ever!!! Service top notch, my gal Theresa does my hair and she is AMAZING!! She and rest of staff, really listen to what you want and are looking for!! The atmosphere is awesome and so is location Ruston Waterfront!! Highly recommend!!!!
I have been putting off a haircut and brow wax since moving to Tacoma a year ago because I am so picky about these things. I decided to go out on a limb and book a brow wax and haircut here with Hannah and she far exceeded any expectations I had. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and I immediately felt comfortable with her. She did an amazing job on my brows and hair but I'm especially happy with the brows; I finally feel like myself again! I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
Intaglio is the only place I will go. They're the best!!! The aveda products are the best, smell so good, giving a real salon vibe. It's the ultimate makeover every time. My favorite part is the hair wash/massage. Today I had Kasey, but every stylist I've had is so attentive and prioritize customer satisfaction every time!
I received a a haircut and partial foil. The ladies were all very nice and the atmosphere was great. Parking is metered but they "validate"- I use this term loosely b/c I got a parking ticket. The employees reassured me that this wouldn't happen and I gave them my info, called afterwards as well but I was told that my information was never entered and I was responsible for this ticket. As far as my hair- Jazlyn, completely destroyed my hair! She cut my hair so badly that I'm still wearing hats after 1.5 months later. I had another stylist look at my color and was told my color is missing sections in the back... I paid $260 + tip. I tried to contact the owner Kasey but no response. I get so upset every day when I look at my hair... that's why I'm posting this review after all this time. I didn't want to on pure emotion but on her quality. Absolutely terrible!
I had Jenna working on my hair, and she was an absolute charming person. Super sweet, and gentle with my hair, I wasn't nervous at all, (I'm very picky when it comes to my hair) but she made me feel comfortable, she explained step by step what she was doing. And answered all my questions about different products to try. She's super sweet and lovely, I heard one of the customers give her a nickname "giggle box" cuz you can hear her laugh the whole time.. Nickname is right on point.!!!! Definitely choosing her to do my hair next time!!!
