I've been going here for pedis for years. I finally found my "go to" pedi person and that is Nick. Go to Nick for your pedi needs. He will NOT disappoint :)
While the dip manicure I got was good the actual salon was filthy . the plexiglass between the manicurist and customer was gross as was the bowl the remover was in . Everything was caked in dust ...nothing had been wiped down or cleaned in who knows how long . Plus the employees just prattled on in Korean or whatever with each other the whole time I was there. very unprofessional. Lastly she didn't put the dip powder in a different container but dipped my fingers in the main container . While the actual result was good I can't get past the filth and lack of hygiene ... I won't be going back
The appointment was on time. The technician Judy did not trim nails, did not paddle slough off the feet or calluses on the big toes. She did rub lotion on the legs and feet and did slight foot massage.
I'm so disappointed. It was my first time trying this place and my dip nails cracked two days after getting them done. Apparently cracks appear on dip nails when the powder is applied unevenly. This happened on two of my nails. My technician applied tips to my nails and one of them is completely crooked. The rest of my nails have already begun to chip and it hasn't even been a week.
Pricing seems like it's more and more every time I go and but I'm getting less time and effort put into my manicure or pedicure each time. I got the "best" pedicure for $63 today and added gel for $15 and didn't receive the massage or any lotion and had to ask to trim my nails and clean underneath them. My gel manicure was fine but I was going to get dip with an added tip and coffin and she told me it's going to cost extra for the tip and more to shape them and didn't seem like she wanted to do that at all so I was just like whatever just do gel then. Everyone is always nice just seems like they don't care anymore. My toes and nails look good just seems like for the price it wasn't worth it.
