60 dollars for a fill? And he didn't take off my old polish. I know I'm not from here but this is bs!!! He didn't listen to a word I said! And I even showed a photo which he stared at the whole time practically. I literally just got done crying which I feel like a moron for. But I've never given a bad review to anyone. I felt taken advantage of because I'm here on vacation.

Typically I like this place. But today was the worse pedicure of my life! His nails were so long they cut my skin.
He scrubbed so hard it hurt. He did not rub my legs nor put any lotion on. When I asked for some lotion he took a stripe down the fron of my legs and that was it. Didn't even rub it in.
This was possibly the owner. The older gentleman. Maybe 50's.

I'm new to Kokomo and was looking for a new nail place. I was unsure because the reviews were not all great but needed somewhere close.
I decided to get a mani pedi and I got Lindsey. She was so friendly and polite! Not to mention she did the best job on my nails. I let her know my nail beds were sensitive from all the years of manicures. She took her time and did a phenomenal job! Two weeks in and they're still perfect!
This is a family business and work really well together. I will definitely be back!
I will never go back to nail 1 they was trying to cheat me out of my money the woman told me my nails for a fill $35 and a pedicure with gel polish $40 she said all together that came up to $95. I don't understand her that good and I paid her $95 it took me to get out to my car and drove away for me to realize she overcharged me. I had to tell her she overcharged me she said oh yeah I owe you money back. Had I not called she would have took my money that she owed me. Smh never again!
I used to enjoy coming here. The pedicures were amazing. I thought maybe the last time was a fluke. So I went ahead and came back today. It wasn't a fluke. The massage portion was only five minutes. And the employee only massage the same area around my shin, neverthe back of my leg around the calf muscle. Then I paid extra for the pedicure with a hot towel wrap. They lay one hot towel overly shine, smack them a few times, then took the towel off. Most definitely was not a hot towel wrap. I am so disappointed. It used to be so great here!
