I went in to get a full coverage hair color that started with a dark brown route faded into a caramel and then blonde and I was told it would be $150 for that hair color (I had a picture that was lighter but mentioned before my appointment that I wanted it darker and showed her the picture) I went into my appointment and almost all the way through it I asked about the second color (the top color) and she said oh that's another $70 and a whole Other  appointment. And that I only get highlights for the $150 when I was not previously aware that was all I was getting. I felt trapped that I was at the very end of my appointment when I found this out and when I called for a refund because I was completely dissatisfied with my hair because there was no difference whatsoever for $150 and I said no because she consulted me afterwards about what I was paying for when I should've been consulted before I got my hair colored. Completely dissatisfied with what I got because I expected more of a difference, however I feel the same as I did about my hair after as I did before. Still have not received a refund and don't know if they plan on fixing this. Do not recommend. Go somewhere cheaper where they'll explain things better and not cost 150 to look the same.

My opinion is mixed.

On one hand, I love the products that are carried. The majority of the staff is welcoming and kind.

On the other hand, I have noticed that the products that are carried are quite late in comparison to what's trending now. The restocking is slow, too. Some aisles will be almost completely vacant for quite a while before products come back in. There has also been a couple of occasions where staff workers would hover over me like hawks as if they were expecting me to steal something.

Overall, I will return, but I'm not as eager as I was before having to deal with those scrutinizing workers.

People are really nice, great service, although I'm not sure if they know what they are talking about sometimes. Not too much clutter. Easy to find things, especially with the help of an employee. Great selection of high end products as well :)
