The guy there is rude and completely disrespectful. Maybe you shouldn't work there if you have an attitude. Nails were okay--they didn't have me wash my hands which is weird. The bottom side of nails look disgusting and have clumps of the acrylic under them. My friend got hers done as well. Overpriced asf don't go here. Got fullest acrylic for 50 like wtf

I'm from out of town but stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a gel manicure. At first, I thought they were really busy because it looked like there were a lot of cars there, then I realized I was seeing cars from a used car lot next to their new location. I walked-in and was served immediately. The guy who did my nails said he's been doing nails for 23 years, and I could tell. He is very good at what he does. But the best part was the hand and arm massage at the end. It was the BEST hand and arm massage EVER!!! My hands were like relaxed, limp noodles. I was worried for a second about how I was going to sign the credit card receipt LOL! If I lived in Kokomo, I would be coming here at least once a week, just so this guy could give me a massage.
I went here after talking to people and being told they were the best. Went for a full set and pedicure. The guy doing my pedicure told me my feet were nasty. After my pedicure was finished I ended up waiting another 2 hour waiting for my full set. I sat and watched as people were put in front of me that had just walked in. The finished nails were ugly and lumpy. No time nor care was taken to smooth them out. I will never return!! I now go to Studio Nails around the corner. They do amazing work and are very friendly.
Worst mani / pedi ever and I will not return. Painful pedi to be short, drew blood. Mani did not include soaking so he yanked dry cuticle, ripping skin and bringing blood; sawed back and forth with the emery board and did NOT shape; and did not spend time smoothing the ridges. He seemed in a hurry yet there was nobody waiting. A lot of money to end up with a shoddy job. I had saved this visa gift card as a reward for a personal goal I had met. I only went there bc the place I had gone to with my friend last year didn't appear to be there anymore (they had made my short nails look beautiful). I went by yelp reviews and chose this place. Horribly disappointed.
