Nails Avenue in Goodyear, AZ

Finding a great nail salon is so hard these days, so I am absolutely ecstatic that I have found one so close to home! Its classy and luxurious vibe makes me feel like I'm pampering myself every time I go. All of the nail technicians are so friendly and incredibly talented! I have been going to my nail tech there for years, and she never disappoints. My coworkers are so excited every month to see what nails I'm going to show up with! The new management that has taken over is very professional, welcoming, and accommodating. Between the top notch customer service and skill this place has, Alea Nails is one place you can't afford to miss!

Best nail salon since the new owners took over about a year ago!!! Very clean and professional!! Anna is the BEST but I see all the technicians are great!! Highly recommend this salon!!!!

Found this place after looking at reviews for different places around the Avondale/Goodyear area and they did not disappoint. Salon was very nice and clean, and they had a wide variety of colors to pick from. They weren't super busy when I came in as a walk in so they were able to seat me right away. Really happy with the way my nails turned out: they were even, straight, and not lumpy. I'll definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised when I called about getting a pedicure and they said they could take me right away - I told them I was 10 minutes away and they said just come on in. When I got there they were super friendly and said they'd be right with me. Seemed to be a lot of return customers which is a good sign. So I took a seat ... and waited. Granted, I was a walk-in; but to me "right away" is not the same as "it'll be almost 30 minutes before we actually get started." By that point I had invested the time so I stayed, especially since they did get me seated with my feet in warm water after 10 min or so. I selected the $55 option which included hot stone, paraffin, and the usual other things like a scrub, callus removal etc. I also asked for gel polish. The man did a nice job - not spectacular but good enough. The hot stones and paraffin were a little rushed but to be fair I did tell them I had to be at another appt at 1:00 (never thought I'd be there that long!) Foot and leg massage was wonderful - best part of the pedi. (Hence 4 stars; wish I could give 3.5) During the paraffin I asked if I could pay so I wouldn't be late for my other appointment. When he brought the bill over he said it was $70! I couldn't understand why - until he said it was for the gel. I understand up charging for gel but $15 seems excessive for a tiny place in a strip mall (my usual place charges $10 and that is clearly stated on their signs and price lists) and nowhere at all on the price list does it talk about any up charge for gel, never mind the amount. That doesn't sit well with me. I did tip him accordingly. But I am a firm believer in transparency. Should I have asked? I guess. But if I was the business owner I would put things like that on the price list, and I wouldn't say I could take someone right away and then have them end up waiting for a half hour. Will I give them another chance? Probably since overall the pedi was good. And I believe in supporting small local businesses and giving second chances! If I do I'll get a much less expensive one especially if I want gel again.

So pretty! My first time here and they saw me right away and did the design that I asked for! Haven't had my nails done professionally in a while so this was great!
