Yes. Like a few other reviews stated, the staff was rude. Even though they spoke in their native language, it seemed as though they were talking (and laughing) at me. How do I know? When one looks you dead in the face after something is said, it's likely something was said about you. And she looked at me several times like that. The service was rushed. And my particular nail tech was not very nice at all. Not a good vibe overall. Will not be going back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called, to see if they had any availability for a dip mani and pedi. Was told yes and to come right in. Within 5 minutes I was there, checked in and told to have a seat. Was moved to another chair with what was warm water set up for the pedi, and ordering me to take my socks off. Which is what I was going to do, however the chair was not even set up and didn't feel comfortable. No one bothered to set up, nothing which I'm fine waiting. However, 15 + minutes goes by and someone else checked in. She didn't have an appointment, had asked if they had availability for a pedi and they told her yes. They sat her down and immediately began working on her pedi. At this point, I had every right to be upset. Why tell someone yes they have availability only to have to wait a while? I could have stayed home till they actually had availability. At this point the water became cold from sitting there. I decided to take my business elsewhere with no services rendered, stating this as I decided to walk out. Honestly, there's better places to go, 2.5 miles down the street. If you're considering this place, don't. I decided to try a new place which I should have stuck to my gut. The reviews alone speak for themselves, despite trying to give them a chance.

Its very hard to relax when the nail tech is slicing your skin. I said ouch multiple times and she seemed to be upset? And because i spoke up she just stopped trying. LikeIm just trying to let her know she is literally cutting me i still want you to keep filing just do it right. Will never return here. The paint job was rushed and bumpy and already peeling 1 hour later. No attention to detail. Top coat was brushed on like cuticle oil. Dirty nail bits in her E-File. Just a bad experience overall. They need to start taking their time and paying attention more. I paid $15 extra for Gel. But my mom tipped $10 (i did NOT want to tip, my mom is just nice) so i basically paid $25 extra for bumpy gel and cuts.

The staff is not friendly at all, but they do good work. My pedicure was relaxing and the painting was perfect. I got a full set and the painting could've been better on the nails

Rude ass employees work here! I'm paying for your service not your attitude. Amy was on one today! Unbelievable behavior and unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere. - no thank you
