Came in for a pedicure with a friends couple weeks ago and I was so shocked by how we were treated. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my pedicure looked great but i have never experienced such rudeness and pain in a salon. I had a slight ingrown toenail on my big toe and this woman went at it for what seemed like forever trying to cut it out. It was excruciating and since, my toe has been red and swollen. She also cut my feet in 3 places and she didn't even get it out so I don't know what she was digging at but it was torture. The worst part was the way they were making fun of us. I know techs talk and laugh but this was blatant. They made fun of our feet the whole time. My tech even lifted my leg up and down as if to say it was heavy and then they both cracked up. My friend's tech even asked her how big her feet were and proceeded to laugh hysterically. It was humiliating and I can't believe they treat people like that. Never going back to be humiliated like that again.
I went for the first time to Attractive nails. It was $50 for dip. That's expensive. I usually pay $40. I went on vacation the day after I got my nails done and my nails looked awful by day 3. They chipped and peeled. I have been doing dip for 3 years, and not ONCE has dip peeled. I was embarrassed how my nails looked, and I was out of the country and wasn't able to get them re-done. I didn't bother calling the salon because it was 10 days before I got back. I will never go back there for services.
The nail salon is amazing. The people here are super nice, especially Kim. I will definitely come back.
Saw this place when I stopped in at Jamba Juice. Went in and was helped right away. I ended up getting a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. Both the manicure and pedicure were amazing. It's been almost two weeks since I was there and the gel polish has not chipped or lost it's shine. Will definitely be going back every time I'm in the area.
I have loved getting my nails done there, everyone is professional and they all do a great job . They just have priced themselves out of the market .. The higher the prices, the less people will tip....$40 for a fill is outrageous... So I can only tip 10%. Where at $36 I would tip 20%....
