Went in for a basic pedicure. Do Not go to this salon if you are looking for professional service, verbal communication, and cleanliness. The pedicurist did not speak English. She handed me a book and I selected which treatment I was interested in. The scrub, callus removal, massage, etc. were all done so swiftly, I almost did not notice that she completed that part of the service. Because she could not communicate, she pushed and pulled my feet to a position she needed to do the pedicure. I had selected two colors of polish to consider which is what I communicated to her. Obviously, she did not understand me. She proceeded to apply the polish she selected and put the other choice in her cart. She met me at the front counter so I could pay. I pulled out my phone wallet app....Lisa, the pedicurist, had no idea how to process the payment. She was bewildered. The male manicurist providing service to another customer near the front counter proceeded to attempt to tell Lisa what to do. She did not know where the machine was, he is speaking to her in an annoying and frustrated tone and she did not understand. He walked up to the counter, rattled off words in her language.....the WiFi did not connect to my phone....now he is annoyed with me and started speaking to me in a disrespectful tone. I said to him that I am not stupid and not to speak in such a manner. I put my phone away, pulled the actual card, paid for the service and left. I will never return to this salon. Think twice before going to this salon.

Tried giving this place a good shot but after making an appt, being sat 30 mins after set appt. Asked for chrome on my nails and they said no they didn't have time, no where near closing, just didn't give enough time between appts. Staff is not friendly, nail broke off after 3 days & wouldn't let me use my card on the $5 nail fix, walked to Safeway & had to buy something to pay for my nail. Will not be going back. I hope they get better or someone else has a better experience!

Here's the thing: I understand as someone who works the service industry the worst thing is getting someone last minute. I'm getting married tomorrow, and because my normal nail girl is away I thought my mom, my bridesmaid, and myself. I called ahead at the wedding venue, explaining the situation and I know for a fact my nervous self said it so nicely. They told me they had an opening at 3 pm and before I could say it wouldn't work, the man over the phone offered a 12:30 slot For 3 gel pedicures, and 2 gel manicures. I don't know if the reception was bad or what, but we get there and I told them how I was here for our appt and the man said how he only had us down for 2 pedicures and 2 manicures...okay lol. I was like oh, um no I said 3. But whatever, not a big deal. We got seated in a good amount of time, took my bridesmaid and mom back for their manicures and I waited for my pedicure. They were helpful to make sure our colors were the ones we wanted. I don't know the name of who did my pedicure but he was awesome and so attentive. So I added an extra star but only for him. My toes are done, my bridesmaid's toes and manicure are done, and my mom is still waiting with her feet in water getting cold. Hello? I finally got up and asked how much longer for my mom because at this point it's been an hour and we need to hit the road, which I get isn't really anyone's problem but our own. They said it will take another 10- 15 minutes. No ma'am. Be so for real. I walk over the manager or owner or whoever is talking down to my mom and telling her how he has her down for 3:30 because he only had us for 2 pedicures. Okay. Back up my mom first of all. So we just paid and left. Luckily my mom is so generous and still tipped. I left before I could get more upset. Will never come back. Don't waste your money.

I'm recounting my senior mother's experience from a few months ago, that she just now told me. This likely involves the owner. My mother, who has a disability due to a stroke, went in for a nail service. Due to her stroke, she faces challenges using her hand, leading to unintentional pulling. The man not only argued with her about this but also physically pulled on her arm. Additionally, he made her uncomfortable by commenting on her sitting posture and speaking in his language laughing making her feel targeted. The lack of consideration for her disability is unprofessional and infuriating. I wouldn't recommend this place for individuals with disabilities due to the evident lack of patience and empathy.

What I asked for (top) vs what I got. The picture speaks for itself. She sighed & made many faces. She was upset at the fact I asked for an extra coat of black because 1 coat looked gray. The gel was stuck to my skin & I had asked her to remove but she seemed bothered. Constantly complained it was making her back hurt. I mentioned needing a natural thin nail but they came out so bulky they look like pistachio shells. At the end she was surprised I left a small tip, I tip my nail techs very well. I came here since it's the closest to me, this was only my second time but I will not be coming back here again. It was the small young lady. Not to mention she was laughing at the work she was doing through out the entire time. After an hour & a half I couldn't wait to get home to remove these.
