One of the best salons I've been in!!! Once I walked in I was asked if I wanted a beverage and showed where to pick my color. I got a dip manicure for $45 which is one of the best prices I've paid especially for the quality of work. The salon is absolutely beautiful and the staff is incredibly friendly! Wish I found this place sooner.
Cat was really nice and pleasant and seemed to take pride in her work. However, this was only my second time going here and each time I was given a price when I walked in, but was charged something different when it was time to checkout. OMG, I have never in my life been charged for filing/shortening my nails during a fill. This has always been a part of the regular process at every nail salon I have ever gone to; So, they say they will give you a 20 percent discount, however with all of the up charges you are not really getting a discount. I like Cat, but I don't like the guy (I think he is the manager) who seemingly over charges for whatever and whenever he decides... after reading the menu/fees chart and him telling and giving me an amount before I sat down...what a rip off. Very dishonest service... my last time coming here!! Also, this salon's name has been changed from Gem-nails to Rose' Nails per the signage now listed on the outside of the building!
