Heavenly Nails in McDonough, GA

Absolutely horrible, as shown in the picture of my pedicure, the nail tech cut deep into my nail bed and left my nail slanted and looking awful. He barely shaped the other nails and did a horrible job on the paint. Before letting it dry, I took a picture and showed the manager, after which the tech only repainted my nails. The second time looked just as bad as the first. After wasting my morning the manager only offered $10 off. I will never come here again. I could never imagine coming into a nail shop that makes feet ugly rather than beautifying them. I left with my feet looking worse than it did when I came.

The two older nail techs were rude beyond believe. I got my nails done on a Monday and they had started to chip on Tuesday. I came in on Wednesday when they first opened and asked to have my nail fixed. I was dismissed very rudely told to come back. I always tipped well. I did not appreciate being treated so rudely after I had been a loyal customer for at least 2 years. Kim B.

The service was better in months past, but I feel like recently their service and quality has been worse. I've gotten two manicures and they've sped through them and not done well. I don't feel like I get the service for the price. Also, some of them are not good at designs.

I go to this place a lot and ask for the same thing everytine. it's this one lady that i had a bad experience the first time I went and I havent had her since until today ! When I say she is a pure scammer. I specially told her what I wanted and so did the young boy a the front desk and she proceeded to do what she wanted and then tried to have me pay $45. I told her I wanted an overlay with dip. SNS and she proceeed to put a tip on my nail after I told her no tip in the most to her starting. she said there would be no extra charge, but everyone's knows you don't need a tip with sns overlay. then she continues and tried to put gel on my nails. I said to her I don't want gel, I want dip. And she looked at me with confusion and was like well I can't do sns. I said what do you mean, because gel is not what I asked for. so then she tries to say she can start over but she going to charge me more. I said no, I'm not paying for that because that's not what I asked for. I proceed to the counter talk to the young man and he did tell her, but now they both acting like he didn't tell her. so they charged me $35 inseatd of $45 but mind you I walked out of there with my nails not even completely done. no polish nothing ! after today I will never go back, and I suggest other that run into my issue the same.

Very disappointed with my experience at this nail salon today. I am a regular and loyal customer & I don't cause issues but today I was very offended by something this nail lady said to me. I wish I could remember her name but I ended up asking for a pretty simple nail design to which this lady looks at me and says "Are you sure you're going to be able to pay for these?" Now this in itself was rude to me but I simply said "Um yes." She continued to ask me if I was gonna need someone to "help" me pay for them and explaining how much the nails costs in front of the other people around us so I reply to her to forget about the design and just do regular French Tip on my nails because I don't see why you would repeatedly ask me a stupid question like that. It felt like I was being racially profiled because why the hell would I come to a nail salon and ask for a design I couldn't afford? Ridiculous.
